OMJ Group Sessions help change your body and mind

You'll get to know a small group of supportive and encouraging women working together to improve their health. At each session we do:

  • Proper body warm-up
  • Easy strength exercises
  • Walking and jogging between light poles
  • Cool down stretching

Walkers and aspiring joggers are welcome!

Tuesdays/Fridays 9:30 - 10:30 am

LOCATION:

Lake Ginninderra - Western Foreshore.

COST:

$18 per session

Currently free for Term 3!
