Join OMJ Group Sessions for free!

You'll get to know a small group of supportive and encouraging women working together to improve their health. At each session we do:

  • A 5-minute walking warm-up and chat
  • Guided warm-up exercises
  • Everyone walks/jogs/runs at their own pace and level
  • Meet back up for cool-down stretching
