Join OMJ Group Sessions for free!
You'll get to know a small group of supportive and encouraging women working together to improve their health. At each session we do:
- A 5-minute walking warm-up and chat
- Guided warm-up exercises
- Everyone walks/jogs/runs at their own pace and level
- Meet back up for cool-down stretching
