Get off the beaten track with OMJ!

Join OMJ for a series of bush walks around the Canberra area.

  • Enjoy a little getaway close to home every weekend
  • Relieve stress through adventure and bushwalking
  • Share life and build community with other women
  • Build strength and endurance
  • Learn to use hiking poles
  • Improve mental and physical health

This is not a jogging program but is suitable for women keen to build their fitness, enjoy the outdoors and connect with other women. We usually do a 4-week series twice a year in autumn and late winter/spring.
