What women say about OMJ

By the end of each session, I felt clearer and even began using the OMJ mindset to proactively support my mental health rather than it being a passive action. Completing all the intervals made me feel extremely proud of myself. I've noticed that I've started celebrating little wins in other areas of my life too.

FAQ

How fit do I need to join?

You do not need to be fit to join OMJ. If you're concerned about your current health or fitness level, please contact us and we'll chat about what program would suit you best.

I’m interested but I’ve always hated running. How is jogging any different?

Jogging is the same as running but at a gentler pace. We start with very short intervals of jogging mixed with walking. I teach you how to listen to your body’s cues to build strength gradually which makes it more enjoyable. If you really aren't keen to jog, check out our hiking adventures!

Will I lose weight?

Some weight loss is possible but not guaranteed. The goal of the program is to help improve your mental and physical health. You are likely to feel stronger and more energetic which can often lead to improved eating habits.

How much is each session?

Each group coaching or hiking adventure session is $18.

Can I bring my dog?

No. Dogs are not allowed at paid sessions. However, you can bring your dog along to any Parkrun sessions on Saturdays :)

Can I bring my child?

Babies under one year of age in prams are allowed at paid sessions. Children of all ages, family members and friends are always welcome at Saturday Parkrun sessions, but not at weekday sessions.

These session times don’t suit my schedule. Are sessions always at the same times for each round?

If these session times don’t suit you, please fill out an EOI and we'll let you know when we can offer a session that suits you.

Can I do this program if I have issues with my pelvic floor?

Maybe. Women with mild to moderate pelvic floor issues have successfully learned to jog. If you have moderate to severe issues, email Sara to get more details about the program to share with your doctor.

Can I jog if I have a physical health condition, an injury or I've had surgery in the last 12 months?

Maybe. If you're keen to give it a go, we're keen to help. We may need some information from your doctor to help support you and keep you safe.

What is your refund policy?

There are no credits or refunds for sessions you miss during a round or program.

If you are seriously injured or ill we'll issue credits for future use or a full refund for unused sessions with a note from your doctor.

You can find our full refund and cancellation policy here.

What if I decide that the program is not for me?

If you don't love it within the first 7 days, we'll refund all your remaining sessions!

Can I try the program before I commit?

Yes! Please email Sara to request a free trial.
